The Mural

On June 28th, 2006, I flew down to Florida to paint a mural for some good friends opening a restaurant in Melbourne Beach. I had such a good time I wanted share the process with you. This is a beautiful little beach community with really nice folks. I had a great time, so if any of you that asked me about painting something on your buildings are viewing this, give a holler and let’s talk. I would come back anytime.

	Future home of Burrito Beach 315 Ocean Ave., Melbourne Beach, Florida	Robb Boykin (pictured) and his wife Glenn are the owners. Terrific people!

	Towards the end of day 1. Hey, you’re right. Turn your head just so and it looks straight.	Cigars and sun. Life is tough.

	Towards the end of day 2. Now I get it. It’s Burrito Dude!	Towards the end of day 3. Rain is moving in. Looks like I get a day off.

	A long day 5. I have to leave tomorrow.	I’m finished. Robb is thrilled. Let’s celebrate.

	A little landscaping, a few finishing touches and Burrito Beach will open their doors. Look for them in August!
